What is your return policy?
All sales are final.
The products can only be exchanged if the item is damaged.
Exchanges:
To be eligible for an exchange, you must first email us within 7 days of receiving the item at moises@chattbooth.com to alert us of the damage, then return the damaged item to us. Upon receipt of the damaged item, we will ship out a replacement according to our inventory schedule.
What is your shipping/fulfillment policy?
Once you have seen our product you can either pick it up from the show floor or choose to ship it. We only sell the items we have in stock. If we do not have it in stock our website will show it.
